Found Property

As of December 2025, the Darien Police Department is in possession of lost and found property, with all items held for a six (6) month period. If items are not claimed, they are then destroyed or turned over to the State of Connecticut. The Department currently has the following items in its possession:

• Bikes/e-Scooters
• Car Keys
• Cell Phones & Electronic Accessories
  
• Identification Documents
  
• Miscellaneous Electronic Devices
• Wallets, Purses & Backpacks
