Found Property
As of April 2024, the Darien Police Department is in possession of lost and found property, with all items held for a six month period. If items are not claimed, they are then destroyed or turned over to the State of Connecticut. The Department currently has the following items in its possession:
- Bicycles
- Car Keys
- Cell Phones & Electronic Accessories
- Identification Documents
- Miscellaneous Electronic Devices
- Wallets & Purses & Backpacks
